RPI Problem

It appears virtually impossible for VT to host a first round regional regardless of performance the rest of the season. RPI is 27 (need to be top 16). There doesn't appear to be enough 'oomph' in the remainder of the schedule (short of defeating FSU at some point) to offset the differential. JMU is setting @13 but may need to go undefeated from here on out to host. Their issue is the CAA opposition with very low RPI's. If JMU holds on there could be a JMU, VT, Longwood or Liberty plus a Northeastern team regional in Harrisonburg. That would fun.
